In partnership with Dominican-born multi-platinum recording artist and entrepreneur NATTI NATASHA, the global brand will bring its world-famous restaurant, candy store and café to South Beach
Miami Beach, FL (May 8, 2023) – Sugar Factory American Brasserie, “America’s most-Instagrammed restaurant” and celebrity hotspot, in partnership with Dominican singer and entrepreneur, NATTI NATASHA, will open its highly-anticipated Miami Beach location at the historic Firestone Garage on Friday, May 12, 2023. Located at 1575 Alton Road in Miami Beach, the family-friendly, celebration destination will feature over-the-top menu items along with new Latin-fusion cuisine, a “Rosé All Day by TASHA” neon wall, and a variety of new cocktails made with NATTI NATASHA’s TASHA Sparkling Rosé, the first sparkling wine to be released by a Latin artist.
Serving brunch seven days a week, lunch, dinner, a late-night menu and its signature cocktail menu, every element of Sugar Factory has been designed to give guests an interactive experience filled with memorable moments. Named “The Most Instagrammed Restaurant in the United States,” Sugar Factory Firestone will offer the largest menu yet, with a variety of over-the-top eats and options for any palate, including sweet and savory brunch every day, quesadillas, paninis, wraps, tacos, fajitas, sushi, burgers, smoothies, smoking goblets, Insane Milkshakes and more.
Guests can expect an unforgettable dining experience with indoor-and-outdoor dining, vibrant decor, delicious dishes and photo-worthy treats. An adjacent retail confectionery, Toothfairy, will display Sugar Factory’s floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 50 types of sweet treats, including a selection of novelty and bulk candy like the brand’s world-famous Couture Pops. The grab-and-go café will feature its own in-house bakery, homemade donuts and pastries, as well as açai bowls, muffins, cakes, empanadas, protein shakes and more.
“We knew they were working on re-concepting the space and we reached out to our friend David Grutman about the location. We are thrilled to be working together with Natti Natasha — it’s going to be the ideal Sugar Factory for Miami Beach!” says Sugar Factory Owner Charissa Davidovici.
Sugar Factory’s 7,000-square-foot space features a 150-seat indoor dining room filled with interactive experiences including a large outdoor patio. Diners will be greeted by Sugar Factory’s Instagrammable décor, including lifesize flower walls with neon artwork, LED screens, the instantly recognizable floor-to-ceiling dot wall, and a bar area with wooden paneling overlooking a wraparound retro LED sign.
Sugar Factory’s highly-anticipated daily brunch will include TASHA Rosé mimosa specials, insane pancake stacks, such as the Tres Carnes Pancakes, buttermilk pancakes baked with ham, bacon, pork sausage and melted cheddar cheese; or, guests can try the Mac Daddy Buffalo Chicken Mac N’ Cheese Pancake Wrap, made with crispy buffalo chicken and cheesy mac n’ cheese stuffed into an oversized pancake, drizzled with sour cream sauce; and The Cuban Skillet, made with scrambled eggs, ham, tostada cubana and home fries. Guests can also enjoy breakfast combos including the French Toast Combo, made with two eggs, bacon strips, pork sausage and French toast. Or guests can enjoy the Strawberry Shortcake French Toast, made with cheesecake slices, strawberry slices, strawberry sauce, whipped cream, and powdered sugar.
Popular entrees include the Birria Pizza Quesadilla, made with two flour tortillas, chihuahua cheese, mozzarella cheese, onions, cilantro and avocado crema; the Super Cheesy Burger made with two double Angus beef burgers served on a toasted brioche bun with Sugar Factory Sauce, pickles, slice tomatoes, shredded lettuce, crispy onions and topped with Super Cheesy Sauce tableside; or, guests can opt to share a platter of Sweet Roll Sandwiches, made with corned beef, thousand island, sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese on a toasted Hawaiian roll platter topped with everything bagel seasoning. Or, guests can enjoy some loaded fries, including the Brooklyn Pizza Loaded Fries, served with marinara sauce, melted mozzarella, and pepperoni. Guests can try the Spicy Penne Vodka, made with calabrese pepper, tomato cream sauce, parmesan cheese and burrata cheese, and parmesan crostini.
Miami Beach patrons can indulge in Sugar Factory’s Insane Milkshakes — favorites include the Giggles Snickers Milkshake, made with vanilla ice cream blended with caramel, peanuts, served in a chocolate caramel popcorn mug, topped with fried Oreos, gummy worms, peanuts, chocolate and dulce de leche sauce, whipped cream and a Snickers Bar; the Maple Grand Slam, crafted of vanilla ice cream, served in a white confetti mug, topped with silver dollar pancakes, mini waffles, crispy maple bacon, whipped cream, confetti and maple syrup drizzle; and the Cookie Monster Milkshake, stacked with cookies and cream ice cream and blended with vanilla sauce, topped with whipped cream, a blue glazed donut, a chocolate chip cookie, blue frosted cupcake with a birthday candle, served in a chocolate covered mug with chocolate chip pieces.
The restaurant’s elevated bar will provide full-menu service complete with Sugar Factory’s celebrity-endorsed smoking goblets including Natti Natasha’s new Tasha Baby goblet, made with raspberry, piña colada, Flecha Azul Tequila and TASHA Rosé, topped with orange gummy bears, flowers and heart-shaped gummies; and Natti Natasha’s new Pretty in Pink Goblet, made with TASHA Sparkling Rosé, Flecha Azul Tequila, fresh strawberry and raspberry lemonade and topped with fluffy strawberry cotton candy and a sprinkle of glitter. Available with or without alcohol, other celebrity-approved goblets include The Rock’s Soul Man made with his Teremana Tequila; 50 Cent’s Candy Shop made with his Branson Cognac; Bruno Mars’ Watermelon Piña Colada and Mai Tai made with his SelvaRey Rum; Nick Jonas and John Varvatos’ Strawberry Cadillac Reposado Margarita made with Villa One Tequila; Mark Wahlberg’s Peachy Punch Sangria made with his Flecha Azul Tequila; Pitbull’s Fuzzy Peach Penguin Mango goblet made with his Voli Vodka; Kendall Jenner’s Cali Love goblet made with her 818 Tequila; Snoop Dogg’s Strawberry Lemonade Smash goblet made with his Strawberry Indoggo Gin; Stassie Karanikolaou’s Watermelon Sugar goblet made with her Sunny Vodka; The Nelk Boys’ Full Send Strawberry goblet made with their Happy Dad Spiked Seltzer; and Mario Lopez and Brody Jenner’s Mamitas Hurricane goblet made with their Mamitas Hard Seltzer. Guests can also enjoy new Natti Natasha-inspired mimosas infused with TASHA Rosé such as the Natti Vice Mimosa, Yummy Yummy Love Mimosa, Rom Pom Pom Mimosa, Dutty Love Mimosa, and the Diosa Mimosa.
