Miami, FL (November 15, 2023) – The genre-bending Puerto Rican sensation, Jay Wheeler, concludes his world tour in Barcelona, Spain, with an unforgettable finale that left fans spellbound. As this world tour comes to an end, Jay Wheeler traveled to a total of 40 cities across North America, South America, and Europe, showing the world his undeniable freshness, talent, and innovation.
The tour kicked off in his homeland of Puerto Rico, performing 4 SOLD-OUT concerts at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum, better known as the Choliseo. Jay’s tour was as global as his fanbase, making stops in Orlando, FL, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Reading, PA, Santiago, Chile, and concluding in Madrid, and Barcelona, Spain. The show was a celebratory extravaganza, so much so that there was a marriage proposal at nearly every single show. The tour brought a mix of emotions and unforgettable memories that his fans, or, as he likes to call them, his family, will take with them forever.
Jay was accompanied by his talented band and dance group during the tour, which was made up of industry greats such as guitarist Tony Rijos, and choreographer Dany Lugo.
In his final show in Barcelona, Jay’s wife Zhamira Zambrano joined him on stage for a special moment, as the newlyweds shared a passionate kiss, melting the whole venue’s heart.

Jay Wheeler recently released his album “TRAPII”, consisting of 12 songs, which showcased Wheeler’s diverse musical style with hit tracks like the “Pacto Remix,” “Gangsta Luv,” “Repeat,” and “La Ultima Canción.” The album has seen great success, reaching the Top 6 on Apple Music’s Top Latin Albums, and debuting on Spotify Global’s Top Album Debuts of the Week at No. 6.
When asked about his decision to venture into the trap Latin genre, Wheeler expressed his love for his romantic roots while also expressing his desire to explore new sounds. He stated, “I will never leave my essence or romantic music behind. That’s what I’m passionate about, what makes me happy. But you also have to demonstrate versatility without taking away from anyone. I wanted to try something new.” Wheeler further explained how the success of his song “Pacto,” which became a viral sensation on TikTok with over 700K+ user-created videos, influenced his decision to deep dive the Latin trap genre path, saying, “Many great things happened with “Pacto”, and I took it upon myself to follow that same line based on what my fans were telling me and asking me.”
