“Ella Baila Sola” continues to establish its legacy after becoming the first Musica Mexicana song to exceed one billion views on Spotify, and being crowned the No. 1 Latin Song of the Year on Billboard’s 2023 Year-End List.
Eslabon Armado is the first Musica Mexicana group to reach No. 1 on Billboard’s Global 200 chart.
Miami, FL (April 2, 2024) – The record-breaking Musica Mexicana group, Eslabon Armado, adds yet another prestigious accolade to their career, as they take home the 2024 iHeart Radio Music Award for “Regional Mexican Song of the Year” for their global hit “Ella Baila Sola.”. The 11th Annual iHeartRadio Music Awards celebrates the most played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations over the past year. The award show took place at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles yesterday, April 1, and was broadcast on FOX.
This becomes Eslabon Armado’s second iHeartRadio Music Award, after having previously won “Best Regional Mexican Album” in 2022.
Currently, Eslabon Armado has 8 nominations at the 2024 Latin American Music Awards, achieving nominations in almost all the main categories. The group snagged nominations for Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year, Global Latin Song of the Year, Streaming Artist of the Year, Best Duo or Group – Regional Mexican, Best Album – Regional Mexican and Best Collaboration – Regional Mexican.
