Miami, FL (February 6, 2025) – Gente de Zona, the iconic Cuban duo, continues to innovate and connect with new generations with the release of “Cosas Bonitas” and “Se Trata.” The two tracks are a celebration of love, and are available on all platforms HERE. This double release arrives just in time for Valentine’s Day and marks a new chapter in Gente de Zona’s career, coinciding with their 25th anniversary.
This time, Gente de Zona joins forces with a new wave of Cuban artists to deliver a unique fusion of sounds and emotions. “Cosas Bonitas”, featuring El Kamel and L Kimii, and “Se Trata”, featuring Dany Ome and Kevincito El 13, represent two sides of the same love story: the first is a tribute to the beauty of sharing life with someone special, while the second reflects on commitment and building a future together.
Both songs are part of the highly anticipated album “Reparto by Gente de Zona,” and are the most romantic tracks on the project. With the infectious Reparto rhythm at their core, these songs pay tribute to the values of love and unity that transcend generations. Additionally, “Cosas Bonitas” showcases the influence of “Los Muñequitos de Matanzas,” creating a fusion that highlights Cuba’s rich musical heritage.

This release comes off the release of “Almohada”, which was the first preview of their upcoming album. Inspired by the classic of the same name, “Almohada” blends the nostalgia of romantic ballads with the vibrant sound of Reparto, offering a fresh, contemporary version. Through this reinterpretation, the duo reaffirms their ability to reinvent traditional sounds and make them their own without losing the essence of urban music.
This double release is the final preview before the arrival of “Reparto by Gente de Zona,” an album that promises to move and inspire listeners and fans.
Recently, Gente de Zona announced they will be celebrating their 25th anniversary with a concert at the iconic Kaseya Center in Miami on June 7, 2025. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.com.
