MIAMI, FL, (March 17, 2025) – The iconic Cuban duo Gente de Zona brings an impactful legacy in Cuban music to the track as honorary event officials, Homestead-Miami Speedway today announced.
Randy Malcom and Alexander Delgado, members of Gente de Zona, are currently celebrating 25 years of musical career, continuing their legacy as pioneers in modern Cuban music. They became the first Cuban artists to reach the top of Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart with the hit “Bailando” alongside Enrique Iglesias and Descemer Bueno, a song that earned them three Latin Grammys. Additionally, their album “Visualízate” was recognized with a Latin Grammy for Best Tropical Fusion Album. Gente de Zona have won 6 Latin GRAMMYs and 12 Latin Billboards.

Known for their dynamic shows, Gente de Zona will bring the enjoyment of their performance to Miami this year with a concert on June 7 at the Kaseya Center to celebrate their 25 years of music in 2025. The duo’s upcoming album, “Reparto by Gente de Zona”, to be released in May 2025, pays tribute to their roots and shares the vibrant popular Cuban genre known as Reparto with the world. The iconic duo have collaborated with artists such as Becky G, Jennifer Lopez, Kylie Minogue, Pitbull, and many more.
