Miami, FL (March 12, 2025) – The record-breaking Musica Mexicana group Eslabon Armado announced their first-ever tour dates in Mexico, including stops at the most prestigious and renowned venues. The tour will kick off in Monterrey, continue in Guadalajara, and have a spectacular close in Mexico City.
Eslabon Armado was the first Musica Mexicana to reach No. 1 on Billboard’s Global 200.
The band initiated their career in 2017 as a trio, inspired by the music they grew up with, heavily influenced by ranchero and norteño genres, which their parents listened to. They began to gain recognition by uploading videos of their performances to YouTube, which opened the door for a huge fan discovery. In 2020, they consolidated their success with the release of their first singles “Con Tus Besos” and “La Trokita”, which peaked at No. 15 and No. 37 (respectively) on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart.
The California-born band was made up of brothers Pedro Tovar Jr. (vocalist) and Brian Tovar (bass), along with Damián Pacheco (requinto) and Ulises González (acoustic guitar). The group achieved massive breakout success with the song “Ella Baila Sola” featuring Peso Pluma, reaching No. 4 on Billboard’s Hot 100, marking the first time a Musica Mexicana song entered the top 10.
OCESAFACT: “Ella Baila Sola” peaked No. 1 on Spotify’s Global chart for 9 weeks and became the “most listened to song” in 2023.
Among a series of records achieved by the group, Eslabon Armado became the first Mexican music group to perform on ABC’s No. 1 morning show in the U. S., Good Morning America. They have also collaborated with artists such as Jhayco, Grupo Frontera, Junior H, and Luis R. Conriquez.
Eslabon’s highly anticipated new album “Vibras de Noche II” will be available on all digital platforms on March 14 HERE. Mexico tour tickets will be available through the Banamex Presale starting March 13, and the following day at the venue’s box office or through Ticketmaster HERE.
